About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Transactional Law Paralegal to join our legal team. This role will focus on supporting our legal and business teams with a variety of transactional matters, including contracts, compliance, and corporate governance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transactional law, with specific experience in the payments or fintech sectors.
$35 - $49 an hour
Part time position20 hours per week with potential to convert to full time
Ability to work remotely within the USA

The base salary for this position is $35 - $49 hourly while taking into consideration factors such as relevant experience, skills and qualifications for the role, and location. Stronghold currently offers health benefits for eligible employees.
