One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Argentina.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-stack engineer to join a fast-growing tech startup that’s redefining how businesses streamline their operations. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be building workflow automation and productivity tools for a B2B platform, working with modern technologies across both frontend and backend systems. The ideal candidate has strong software development fundamentals, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about driving efficiency through clean, scalable code. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into solutions, while mentoring others and setting the bar for engineering excellence.

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications focused on automating workflows and improving business efficiency.
• Write clean, scalable code using modern languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
• Build intuitive user interfaces with frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.
• Architect backend systems using Node.js or similar technologies, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver features aligned with customer needs.
• Implement and optimize KPIs for performance, system uptime, and delivery velocity.
• Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with proven full-stack capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, Rust, Erlang, or TypeScript.
• Solid experience with React.js or Vue.js for frontend development.
• Deep understanding of backend development using Node.js or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in a US-based startup and/or larger tech company is highly desirable.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
