As a Senior Digital Change Manager within the Digital Success team, you will help Egon Zehnder colleagues adopt digital mindsets and behaviors and new ways of working that help them get the most out of our digital solutions. You will design, lead, and execute programs that drive measurable, sustained behavior change. Your initial focus will be on helping Egon Zehnder get the most from technology for its Executive and Board Search work and will expand into other areas.
This role will report to the Associate Director, Digital Success. The Senior Change Manager will be part of the Digital Success team and will work on various projects with different teams across Digital-IT and Egon Zehnder.
This role will have significant exposure to Digital-IT and Egon Zehnder Leadership, working with various sponsors of digital change. She/he will work cross-functionally with change managers, internal communications, training, and other experts to drive the execution of change programs.
