Senior Digital Change Manager

As a Senior Digital Change Manager within the Digital Success team, you will help Egon Zehnder colleagues adopt digital mindsets and behaviors and new ways of working that help them get the most out of our digital solutions. You will design, lead, and execute programs that drive measurable, sustained behavior change. Your initial focus will be on helping Egon Zehnder get the most from technology for its Executive and Board Search work and will expand into other areas.

This role will report to the Associate Director, Digital Success. The Senior Change Manager will be part of the Digital Success team and will work on various projects with different teams across Digital-IT and Egon Zehnder.

This role will have significant exposure to Digital-IT and Egon Zehnder Leadership, working with various sponsors of digital change. She/he will work cross-functionally with change managers, internal communications, training, and other experts to drive the execution of change programs.

Key Accountabilities

Shape change strategies

• Facilitate alignment of change program goals with stakeholders and sponsors.
• Understand behavior changes required, including impact on workflows across stakeholder groups.
• Design change plans, including how we will communicate, train, and support colleagues through their transition.
• Engage role models and sponsors to champion and support the change.
• Ensure each digital change has well-defined success criteria and measurement mechanisms. Build relationships with teams outside Digital Success who play a critical role in driving change (e.g., Expert Leadership, EA Leadership, Office Leaders, and Product Leaders).

Lead development of change programs

• Lead development of change programs, including development and delivery of e-learning content, communication artifacts, presentations, and stakeholder talking points, working closely with communications, learning, support, and operations colleagues.
• Engage role models and sponsors to support organizational change efforts.
• Review, edit, and improve drafts created by team members.

Lead execution of change programs

• Regularly communicate the progress of change efforts to stakeholders, surfacing impediments early and often.
• Analyze behavior change and iterate interventions to ensure successful change.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is highly empathetic to end-users of technology. They are skilled communicators, able to simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand and follow steps. They are willing to get their hands dirty to drive change, applying their diverse knowledge and experience with organizational change management.

The ideal candidate also takes an agile and human-centric approach to her/his work, ensuring the strategies and tactics lead to meaningful business results.

Must have key experiences:

• 10+ years's collective experience in Digital/IT, organizational change management, marketing and/or learning.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Several years experience helping organizations through successful digital change.
• Proven ability to understand and respond to regional differences.

Advantages:

• Consumer marketing and/or corporate communications experience.
• Experience introducing technology for HR related processes.
• ADKAR or equivalent qualification.
• Experience using Agile methodologies, Lean UX, and Design practices (e.g., personas, user journeys).
• Leading change programs in a professional services organization or partnership.
• Leading complex, global technology adoption efforts.
