Job Brief
Peninsula Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist to step into a Clinic Manager role at our well-established outpatient clinic in Belfair, Washington. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our current owner, gain business and leadership training, and transition into managing a community-driven practice that’s been trusted for over 25 years.

Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist:
- Provide 1-on-1, 45-minute treatment sessions with patients
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions
- Develop and execute personalized care plans
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies and self-care
- Work collaboratively with OTs, PTAs, and support staff
- Use cutting-edge digital tools (powered by Joint Academy) for documentation and patient care
As a Future Clinic Manager:
- Train alongside the clinic owner to understand day-to-day operations
- Support and supervise clinical and admin staff
- Lead team performance, hiring, and onboarding
- Manage scheduling, reporting, and patient experience
- Contribute to clinic growth and uphold a positive, community-first culture
Requirements
- Valid Washington State Physical Therapy License
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a practicing PT
- CPR Certification
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Willingness to be mentored and take on increasing responsibility
- 💡 Bonus: Experience as a Clinical Instructor is a plus
