AYANA Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Learning & Development Manager for DELONIX Hotel Karawang. This key role focuses on enhancing the skills and knowledge of our team through innovative training programs tailored to our organizational objectives. The L&D Manager will work closely with various departments to assess development needs, design impactful training initiatives, and foster a learning culture that drives performance and employee engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create, implement, and maintain effective learning and development programs that align with company goals.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for development among staff.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments based on feedback and results.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and professional development throughout the organization.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure they are set up for success.
  • Manage the training budget efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the field of learning and development.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Experience with e-learning tools and platforms, as well as Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for engaging individuals and teams.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess training effectiveness and drive continual improvement.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a training team.
  • Willingness to work in Karawang.
