We are currently looking for a Czech Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Food Delivery Service Department. This role is ideally suited for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and enjoy helping Czech-speaking clients with their food delivery inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking clients regarding food delivery services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with order placements, inquiries, changes, and issues related to their deliveries.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive experience with every interaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues promptly.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Educate clients about menu options, promotions, and delivery processes.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the food delivery or hospitality sector.
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
