One of our companies is currently looking for an Accounting Manager in United States.

As an Accounting Manager, you will oversee the financial reporting process and payroll management for the organization. This role requires strong expertise in GAAP reporting, operational excellence, and payroll administration. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards and managing accurate payroll processing. You will also work closely with auditors and regulatory agencies while supporting tax filings, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This is an ideal role for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with auditors and regulatory agencies for financial reporting compliance.
  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution.
  • Partner with the People team to implement payroll policies, benefits deductions, and compensation changes.
  • Maintain payroll-related records and assist with audits as necessary.
  • Support tax filings, reconciliations, and compliance reporting.
  • Lead process improvements and system enhancements for accounting and payroll functions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of accounting experience with a focus on financial reporting, payroll management, and operational excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Bill.com, Divvy, Expensify) and payroll software (e.g., ADP TotalSource).
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, payroll regulations, and tax compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
